Product Description
The Garmin Descent™ Mk3i is a premium dive computer and multisport GPS smartwatch designed for divers, featuring a rugged yet sophisticated design. Available in 43 mm and 51 mm case sizes, it combines a bright AMOLED display with a scratch-resistant sapphire lens and a 200-meter dive-rated case with leakproof inductive buttons. The 51 mm version includes a built-in LED flashlight with variable intensities and strobe modes for low-light conditions. It supports multiple dive modes (single-gas, multi-gas, nitrox, trimix, closed-circuit rebreather, gauge, apnea, and apnea hunt) using the Bühlmann ZHL-16C algorithm with customizable Gradient Factors. The Mk3i features air integration when paired with the Descent™ T2 transceiver (sold separately), monitoring tank pressure and depth for up to eight networked divers within a 10-meter range. SubWave™ sonar technology enables diver-to-diver communication via preset messages (available with software v.15.70 or later) up to 30 meters. Additional features include DiveView™ maps with over 4,000 dive sites, a dive readiness tool analyzing sleep, exercise, stress, and jet lag, plus multisport profiles, health monitoring (heart rate, Pulse Ox, sleep tracking), Garmin Pay™, music storage, and smart notifications. Battery life reaches up to 25 days in smartwatch mode (51 mm with wrist gesture) or 30 hours in dive mode.
